Outrageous Renewal Price
My annual print subscription went from $52.00 plus tax per year to $299.00 plus tax. Almost a 500% increase. Not renewing for this outrageous amount.

Three weeks ago, I ordered compression socks for my mother. Still, no socks.
Tracking continues to say not entered into system. There is no feedback from the company.
It is absolutely horrible to wait three weeks for something that is medically needed. I will never order from Baron Active again and I am in the process of contacting BBB.

Talked to Jonathan in the cancelation department on 4/3/23. Jonathan ASSURED me that said since I did not receive my paper delivery EVER!
That he would refund me $107.95 plus another $26.00 on another occasion where I received no paper. He said he would send an email stating all this information including the refunds to tfkesq@***.com and I have not received the email as yet. My account is 7977.
Im tired of dealing with this issue and expect this to be finalized. I want this email sent to me with all the information that was settled in it.

No delivery for weeks
Poor assistance; refused to refund after 6 weeks no delivery. Kept adding weeks to end - absurd, just more weeks of no delivery!
Paid full amount for a 6 month subscrition and have not received one issue and refuses to give a full refund upon cancellation

Paid $26 for a 6 month trial subscription and called customer service twice, because it was never delivered, so asked for a full refund of my payment and was told I could only get 24 dollars of it back which is not mentioned in the ad. I have subscribed to Barron's in the past and have had several problems with getting it ,so this was a trial subscription and it failed because I never received one issue so I cancelled and requested a full refund which they will not do.

First of all I did it thinking I was getting different information and then two days later I canceled it. This morning I saw that an attempt was made at my bank to make a payment for the membership that I thought was canceled and now shes telling me that I cant be reimbursed which I think is horrible so I dont even know what website to go on to get this information because Ive never looked at it again since that day

My paper does not get delivered. I love to read the Barrons when I get it but the circulation of the paper is not effective because 2/4 weeks I do not receive and I get sick and tired of paying for something that doesnt come !!!

For several months you have been changing the format (layout) of the paper. It's a little annoying
However my biggest complaint is that you have reduced the print size of the data to the point which I can't read. (I can read the last line of my doctors eye chart...)
