Outrageous Renewal Price

3. Talked to a a customer Service person, he sounded not clear and lots of noise of cars on the line like he talks from the street, cannot understand his accent

4. When I call why do I have to enter my email address?

It looks like other institutions: try first to get rid of the customer by making his/her life complicated/ unpleasant

Talked to Jonathan in the cancelation department on 4/3/23. Jonathan ASSURED me that said since I did not receive my paper delivery EVER!

That he would refund me $107.95 plus another $26.00 on another occasion where I received no paper. He said he would send an email stating all this information including the refunds to tfkesq@***.com and I have not received the email as yet. My account is 7977.

Im tired of dealing with this issue and expect this to be finalized. I want this email sent to me with all the information that was settled in it.

I have subscribed to Barron's in the past and have had several problems with getting it ,so this was a trial subscription and it failed because I never received one issue so I cancelled and requested a full refund which they will not do.

For several months you have been changing the format (layout) of the paper. It's a little annoying

However my biggest complaint is that you have reduced the print size of the data to the point which I can't read. (I can read the last line of my doctors eye chart...)

yesterday I tried your Cust. service people twice neither one could help (totally Useless) - Also left Messg.

to get a callback??? Today call same # got Dale in Phillp. same as above. Your people are a Total waste of my time which is worth a lot of Money!!!!!
